Payment, Exchange, Return, Refund Policy
Payments:
- All online orders will be confirmed upon a “Confirmation Call” from Le Reve customer care team.
- To make your online shopping easier, we offer multiple secured payment options at checkout. Cash On Delivery (COD), bkash payment, Debit & Credit cards, Other Wallets.
- Based on order value & customers’ shopping history, order confirmation agent can ask for advance payment. Which can be 5-10% of total order value or delivery charge, or both. Advance payments to be done via bKash or Nagad payments.
- All our parcels are quality and quantity checked and delivered in closed box/seal pack polybags.
Le Reve 7 Days Easy Exchange/Return:
- Easy Exchange/Return* applies if not satisfied with Products** quality or size.
- You have to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the Products from the deliveryman.
Le Reve appreciates every single time you trust us with your purchase. We love to provide you with an absolutely hassle-free shopping experience. We assure you that all Products sold on lerevecraze.com are brand new. In case the Products you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, you can exchange/return it within 7 days and we will solve your issue within next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can have Refund as well.
** Any lingerie items cannot be exchanged or returned. Any item sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, items sold under any Sale/Discount offer can be exchanged or returned only if you received defective or damaged products
For Return or Exchange, please follow these steps:
- With Order ID details and problem email us at care.bd@lerevecraze.com or contact us at Hotline Number within 24 hour
- We will confirm the exchange/return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
- Please ensure that Products is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the Products.
Please note that, in case of any exchange or return issue, you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery package. You have to notify us via mail or phone call and also you have to send us the product/s within 7 days.
We will bear the return delivery charge on –
- You received a defective Product
- You received a physically damaged Product
- You are unhappy with the Products quality
- The Product is different from description on the website

- If you changes mind & cancel booking after the Products is already delivered
You can exchange the Products if:

*Return can be occurred in two stages:
- At the time of delivery
- After receiving a delivery and if the product delivered is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’
All items which can be resold are always eligible for exchange. Except the following:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Products which were sold as combos or in sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
- Products should not be used.
- Products must be in their original condition
- Items should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled Products with their original tags
- Item must be in the original packaging, in the original condition
- Fashion accessories can be exchanged only in case of not being happy with the Products Quality or if the Products is damaged or defective.
Refund Policy:
Your money is 100% safe with us. Refunds are issued when
- If we are unable to deliver the ordered product/s.
- If we are unable to provide replacement
- After return if you want your money back
- If a different Products is delivered to you.
– Most refunds are fully refunded in 10-15 days after we receive the return package.
(Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
– If you pay us by any mobile wallet (i.e. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Ok Wallet), then your money will be refunded in same account within 10-15 working days.

International Order Shipping and Delivery
Currently, we are delivering to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, and India. We do not operate any stores in above mentioned countries.
Shipping Method
We delivery international online orders via DHL by 7 – 10 business days after your order is being placed. Delivery duration may vary depending upon delivery location, local customs clearing, and/or local holidays; in such cases Le Reve will not stand liable for prolonged delivery duration.
Once your ordered parcel is shipped, any product change or adjustments or order cancellations will not be possible.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost will vary based on location and product weight and it will be calculated upon checkout.
Exchange, Return & Refund
Exchange
Products ordered & delivered under any international order can be exchanged only at any of Le Reve store at Bangladesh within 30 days from delivery date.
Return & Refund:

- Products with defects
- If we are unable to provide replacement
- Incorrect item, size, or color
- Products damage in transit
- Product misplaced in transit
- If a different Products is delivered to you.
NOTE: If the order isn’t received by the customer due to “Change of Mind”, “Customs/Duty Fees” or “any other customer end issues”; refund will be done post adjustment of all the delivery charges, customs & duty fees, bank charges or any other financial fees charged to Le Reve during delivery attempt.
Most refunds are settled within 10-15 days after we receive the back the products.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Parcels/products shipped across international destinations; custom duties are levied as taxes. The tax authorities in delivery destination nation are responsible for calculating the duty charges. When ordering from lerevecraze.com/int/, please be assured the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
We cannot control on the specific duty amount that may be levied if the purchase amount crosses certain threshold. To avoid any surprise amount of duty charges, we encourage you to study about the customs rules & duty charges about your specific destination before placing the order at Le Reve. We suggest If required, split your order amount to avoid duty charges. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
